Shake Shack (Times Square) — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

I didn't have much to eat on the day I went here so was absolutely starving by the time I could leave my event to get food so basically had an early dinner as I had to get back to it. I discovered that you could place your order from your table by accessing the QR code on the table you choose and your order will be delivered to your table. Pretty great option especially for me as it was my first time trying Shake Shack so I needed extra time to peruse the menu! I was obviously going to order a shake and I opted for the strawberry one (classic hand-spun shake) which was tasty. Also ordered the SmokeShack single, fries and chicken bites. I really liked the honey mustard sauce that came with the bites and if the bites weren't as dry it would've been even better. The coating had good flavour though. Burger was quite tasty but be wary of the cherry peppers which have a slight kick. Good balance of flavours but I think it was missing avo so I should've added it to mine. I think the Angus patty could've been a bit juicier and the bun toasted a bit more but other than this the flavour overall was tasty. Great location and indoor seating only is available. Best commercial burger in town!

I usually get the single shack burger but i was starving this time, so I went for the double while my friend went for chick n’ shake. As usual, the burger is just perfect! The whole combo is a bomb 💣. It was super juicy (double made it even juicier), the lettuce and tomato were fresh and crunchy, the melted cheese and sauce were tasty and went so well with everything! Took a bite of chick n’ shake and it was also very juicy and tender but would love to try the new BBQ chick n’ shake next time (we only saw that new seasonal menu when we collected our meals.)

We still had space after the burgers and decided to share a shroom burger lol. The shroom burger was also delicious. It was fried till crispy and the melted cheese (let’s be honest, melted cheese makes everything better!) went very well with the portobello mushroom. It was definitely a good vegetarian option (and we also felt more healthy after .)

This restaurant was more like self service. You need to order at the cashier and pick up the food by yourself and return the tray by yourself.

Good things here I would recommend to you is

The Hamburger was really tasty, and there were 3 sauces you can get for free ( Mustard, tomato sauce and spicy sauce ) and Beef is very good ( not smelly as I'm not a beef lover but I can eat it) Free drinking water The automatic hand washing machine is very high technology ( as I'm a traveller from another country and I have never seen it in my country 🙈 ) The price was kinda okay for their life cost (96 HKD per 1 hamburger I ordered) The restaurant is very highly clean and close to the MTR

Bad thing I wouldn't say they have it but 1 compliment I would say is they can't speak English so I had to take a picture and show them what I want to order 😂 ( That's pretty normal in HK because the locals cannot speak English fluently so I don't think this is a bad thing...
