Highly recommended if you really want to try your patience. I ordered a hot Grapefruit Boom, and asked the staff how long I had to wait for one drink (it said 15 minutes on the screen at the time). They said 'a couple minutes'. Well... I was literally standing there for well over 45 (!!) minutes. There is nowhere to sit, so the only thing you can do is stand around like an idiot, while you're watching huge online orders being prioritized and put in wasteful insulated bags. Strangely enough, some drinks aren't even picked up. After 30 minutes I asked how much longer it was going to take, to which they could only reply 'wait a bit longer'. Almost 20 minutes after that I finally got my drink. At this point I was happier to leave. Maybe separate the online shop from the in-store experience for the people who actually come to your store to buy something. What a horrible experience!

I recently visited HeyTea, eager to try their much-talked-about Matcha latte. Unfortunately, my experience was rather disappointing. Upon ordering, I was excited to taste the blend of rich matcha with creamy milk. However, when I took my first sip, I was greeted with an overwhelming sweetness that completely overshadowed the matcha flavor. Instead of the earthy, grassy notes I expected, it felt like I was drinking a sugary concoction with only a hint of tea. The texture was another letdown; it was overly creamy, making it feel more like a dessert than a beverage. Every sip felt like a struggle to find any semblance of the matcha I had anticipated. Overall, the combination felt off and left me unsatisfied. It seemed more like a novelty drink than a genuine matcha latte, and I left the shop feeling disappointed and somewhat perplexed by the hype surrounding it.

Amazing bubble tea, probably the best I've had ever. They use really good quality ingredients. Had duo bubble tea with bobo and Oreo cookies. Quick service even though they are very busy. It would be good if they can have a menu display on the wall rather than just have it at the till, so people can decide what to have in advance, rather than frantically trying to decide what to have at the till, this way it can save time for everyone.

the minute i walked in there was a smelly odour coming from the shop like something had been rotting inside of the shop, of course not taking it into consideration, i bought a boba milk tea it tasted extremely sweet and the pearls were hard like it wasn’t boiled properly. The milk tea tasted weird and completely not what i expected (in a bad way). I couldn’t even finish the bubble tea and threw it out when it was 2/3 full. About a few hours later, I experienced a series of puking and an extremely bad stomach ache. Never in my life even if there is no water left on earth am i ever going to drink this again. If i could give it a 0 I would. Mind you i drank it right after it was served i drank the drink within 30 minutes...
