To be honest, I’m really disappointed with your policy and the way you treated the customers.

I understand that the restaurant is popular among Central, it always requires at least ~20-30 mins waiting time. Nevermind, I can wait for the tasty food.

However, after seats was arranged for me, the staff asked me to leave and re-queue just because my friends were still 1 min walk from the restaurant. When I was in the queue, I already disclosed that my friends hadn't arrived yet, and the staff decided to arrange seats for me. 2 mins after taking the seats, they changed their mind and asked me to leave? I can never agree this is reasonable.

I tried to explain that you already arranged me the seats, and my friends were already in Central market, I can also help order for them. The staff just kept saying that this is company policy and asked another group of guest to come in, taking the seats that are supposed for us.

it is absolutely embarrassing and disappointing, and I cannot tolerate.

I had been a long fans for your resto, was deeply attracted by the local taste and lively atmosphere. As seen from the photos, I always recommend this resto with my colleague. You chose to let another group of guest skip the queue for your revenue. I would like you to know what you act has lost a...

如果有零,我一定畀0⭐!!!COVID之前嚟過; 唔知係唔係轉咗手, 現在質量已經變曬...好差😠 食物差,服務差,環境污糟(除非你鍾意同小強一齊食飯)👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 If there is a choice of zero, I'd be choosing the 0 star!!! Bad food quality, poor service, dirty environment. The ramen place in old Central Market is way better with similar pricing! We should've gone there instead!

  1. MSG loaded ramen without much authentic "pork bone soup" taste and super salty... And don't expect the authentic "Japanese soft boiled egg" as it's not soft boiled and not truly marinated in the Japanese soyu, just an ordinary boiled egg (nothing "soft").
  2. the Japanese"cha shiu"(sliced pork) was over fried like a bacon and the manager cane to take a look and just said "grilled". Clearly, it's overcooked, meat was mostly tough and dry & inedible 😑
  3. the gyoza was also burnt with a lot of the dough edge dried & hard. The bottom blackened part was also inedible.
  4. the chicken wings (yakitori) we're also over grilled, meat was dry and tough...it's really difficult to burn chicken wing skin to an unchewable stage.
  5. some waitresses couldn't explain the dishes in Cantonese or English, so, good luck getting what the blurry photos show...& no one will understand even if...

This Japanese-style ramen shop located in the wet market of Sheung Wan is a hidden gem worth discovering. The family-owned business has garnered a loyal following among locals and Japanese expats alike, thanks to their delicious and authentic ramen dishes. The restaurant's unassuming interior adds to the charm, as customers can watch the chefs cook up piping hot bowls of noodles from their counter seats.

The standout feature of this ramen shop is undoubtedly the quality of their noodles. The perfect texture and depth of flavor in each bite make it easy to understand why so many patrons keep coming back for more. The broth is equally noteworthy, with a rich and savory taste that's sure to satisfy any cravings.

Overall, this ramen shop is a must-visit for any noodle lover in Hong Kong. Don't let the unassuming location or small size of the restaurant fool you - the food here is top-notch, and the friendly service and warm atmosphere make for a truly enjoyable...
