🦪 High-Quality Hotel Buffet Recommendation | A Perfect Experience with Excellent Food and Service 😋
I recently visited a hotel buffet restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. Although the restaurant’s decor is simple and unpretentious, both the food quality and service exceeded expectations. It was definitely one of the most satisfying and fulfilling buffets my family and I have enjoyed recently.
Here are some standout must-try dishes that left a lasting impression:
🦪 Fresh Oyster & Sashimi Station: The sashimi ingredients were fresh, with thick-cut tuna and scallops that were sweet and refreshing. There was no need to queue, and unlimited servings were available. The staff were friendly and always smiling. The Irish Oysters, freshly shucked by a dedicated attendant, were plump and crisp, while the Fine de Claire oysters were delicately sweet and delicious — definitely worth trying.
🐖 Tai Chi Pork Section: In collaboration with local brand Hong Kong Heritage Pig, this section offered a variety of pork dishes, including sweet and sour ribs and pepper-soaked pork cartilage, all rich in flavor. A special highlight was the Italian-style thinly sliced pork tenderloin with tuna sauce (Vitello Tonnato) — a rare and delightful surprise at a buffet.
🐟 Hot Main Course Area: The steamed fresh fish was tender yet firm, perfectly complemented by a savory soy sauce. The curry beef was richly flavored and cooked to a perfect texture, leaving a memorable taste.
🍮 Western & Chinese Dessert Section: The dessert quality was top-notch — the crème brûlée was smooth and creamy, and the pear charlotte cake was soft and sweet. The chocolate fountain featured high-quality chocolate with a rich and delicate flavor.
🍹 Beverage Station: Unlimited coffee, tea, juices, and red and white wines were available. The signature pineapple cinnamon ginger iced tea was refreshingly pleasant and left a strong impression.
The restaurant environment was comfortable and spacious, with attentive and thoughtful service. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience. Now I have another affordable yet high-quality buffet option to look forward...

Read moreSaw many people complained online about having nothing to eat at the dinner buffet. Nonetheless, I still came to try tonight. Is it just me or people’s expectations are too high. There is a 35% discount and after 10% service charge, it’s $426/person. You really can’t ask to compare to buffets that’s $800+ per head.
The food quality at Le Cafe is good. Refill is fast. Tables are cleared immediately after a dish is finished. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
There are unlimited fresh oysters but I think they are not that good. Not very fresh. Had 4 and only 1 was good. The probably of getting a decent fresh oyster is too low. So I opt for other dishes. Their salmon/scallop/prawn sashimi are great. Love their cakes. Please to the eyes and tongue. Like their wagyu sushi. But too much rice would get me full too fast. So I only had 2.
Overall, the food and...
