I stumbled upon Sake Bar Chuchu by chance and decided to book without any expectations and I’m so glad I did.
The interior design instantly won me over. I’ve always had a soft spot for high chairs and bar seating.
I hadn’t done much research beforehand, so I was pleasantly surprised by what they offered. The menu features all the classic yakitori and izakaya-style dishes you’d expect, but what really made the experience unique was the collaboration with 兩姐妹.
It’s not every day you get to enjoy bold, spicy flavors alongside sake, something you rarely find in traditional Japanese cuisine. The contrast made for a memorable and fun dining experience (unless you're used to bringing your own bottle, of course 😉).
