I have been visiting Suppa for quite some years for their stable quality and reasonable pricing. Not sure since when hotpot has become a luxury that the soup base alone could break your wallet already 🤷🏼♂️ But here, they offer really good set menus that save you the trouble of choosing as well as your wallet from drying😆
I personally love to order the mixed soup base here: 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝗳𝘂 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗽 for its delicious soup for vegetables and chicken, and 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝘁 as an obligated one for hotpot. The 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝗽 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝗹 🥩 was very good and the amount was indeed generous. Their cut was extra thick that you got some very good chew so don’t overcook it 😉
The other hotpot essentials including 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲, 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗹, 𝗗𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹, etc. were all very high quality that justify the price.
Their interior is also on point mimicking the home of a 80s...

(No chili crisp oil, no lamb, no peeled shrimps and mussles and no seaweed fungus etc..) the homemade rice noodles were short and stringy and maybe the best ones I’ve ever had. Even for dipping sauce you have to pay extra to fill it up. But the dipping sauce tray on the welcome table was lovely looking. Soup was tasty but not amazing. I wanted to try the chicken coconut soup but they do not offer it as ”half” a soup and my friend is vegetarian so we were sticking to other soups, unusual ones. So it’s unique and nice and...
Read moreLong for hot pot for months after no dining-in after 6pm. Had an amazing lunch here. Extremely polite and friendly staffs. All staffs observed what we needed and met our needs efficiently like refilling soup, collecting plates, sieving the oil on the surface of the soup etc. We didn't order set lunch since there are a few things that we don't eat so we ordered from a la carte menu. Recommend Beef marinated in Huadiao. A bit disappointed that fried fish bone was sold out but will definitely come again for that. Overall all dishes were fresh and tasty with a reasonable price located in Causeway Bay. Also, love the environment and songs so much. Brought back all the memories...
