McDonald's (Hoi Wan Street) — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

I just want to share about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from this branch of McDonalds (Hong Kong Hoi Wan Street, Quarry Bay) on 24 of February 2018. Not being the first time to be there, I am surprised of the terrible way of treating a "valued" returning customer. Especially coming from the Supervisor.This happen around 4:30pm. I was waiting for my order at the left side of the counter. When the Supervisor approach and speak Cantonese Language i think he was calling for the one who order those inside the paperbag that he was holding. No one came near, so i come closer to ask What was it. And shockingly he responded so rude and keep repeating what i ask him after confirming that it was my order. I took the paperbag and was about to leave when i heard him mocking and repeating the WHAT 3X out loud while he was standing near the fries maker. Im so upset. he was so racist. It makes me feel so sad. This is the 1st time i encounter this kind of people here in hong kong. I wonder if i was wrong asking what he was telling in Cantonese because i dont understand. I hope someone, somewhere reads this and makes sure a proper resolution is provided and necessary precautions are taken. So that it will never happen to...

The employees are quite friendly and after the 2021 renovation the place became more spacious. The food is prepared quickly, however it has become a mobile / kiosk order location only. This is quite terrible, with potential for cutting manpower and losing that personal touch. Can't really give it any higher than 3 star shifting hk McDonald's into a machine o my...

The food was very average or even below average. The chicken burger was like rubber and very small amount of chicken it was mostly batter. The only nice thing was the shaker fries.
