McDonald's (Park Vale) — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

2 stars as it's usually pretty quick both to order and pick up the food. On the bad side they have 5 touchscreens but you'll find only one or two will be switched on - others are switched off seemingly at random even when it's busy. They often run out of what seems like half their menu. Things to be aware of at this location is that as a 24-hour one there are a lot of "residents" - elderly that basically live there due to free AC & WiFi (or sadly no home to go to). bad experience! i saw my order number turned yellow, but when I came up and asked, my food was not ready. then back to my office I found out the fries seasoning was missing. the problem was here. they drew way too many people to the counter because they turned the order numbers to yellow before the meals were even ready. the staffs were busy answering the customers where their meals were instead of packing the food properly. when it became chaotic, they just trifled the customer with an incomplete meal. well, it's not just me. the lady in front of me met the same problem, but she was careful enough to check each item at the counter and asked the staff for the...

This shop is cosy as it is spacious and bright with sunlight coming from those big windows and front door.

There was a limited time offer promotion for its Triple Cheese Angus. It looked great on the photo and I therefore gave it a try since I m a cheese-lover.

Very disappointed from the look of real burger in comparison with the picture. Taste was ok but it costs hkd38 for a single Burger.
