Pacific Coffee — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

This was the worst branch I've ever visited. The old guy at the cashier was unwelcoming. I ordered two iced drinks but got one iced, one hot. Instead of remaking the cold drink, he dumped the hot one into a cup of ice—leaving me with a lukewarm mess. I asked for extra ice in a separate cup, but he insisted on putting just two ice cubes in my drink, nearly making it overflow. I don’t get why he didn’t just fix his mistake properly. Luckily, a younger staff member stepped in and gave me the extra ice. In the end, the drink tasted awful because I had to pile in so much ice just to make it cold!

The worst service I’ve ever seen. The staff is mean and rude. She spoke to us very harshly. And started shooing is out once we receive our drinks. Like literally, shooing us out, as if we were some flies.
