Came here on New Years Eve, big mistake. There was a huge crowd waiting to pick up their food. The screens indicating order numbers was not working. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my order. Terrible and very slow. No proper notification system. People just crowding around at the front of the counter, holding their receipts, waiting to be served. Will never visit this branch again. I thought it was super convenient, being next to the MTR, but it's just as bad. What kind of fast food restaurant makes you wait 30 minutes for food?! It's not even fast food anymore!

Fast, clean and spacious branch of McDonald’s nearby MTR North Point. Make a order with self-order machine, you can pay with card there or pay cash at the cashier next to pick-up counter. Impressed with their signature menu which I tried for the first time. Should improve the cleanliness of their bathroom. HKD15-50/person

OMG, I realized again that Hong Kong is serious about shrimp dish, even when it comes to burgers! I had Ebi burger, which is shrimp. It was a simple burger that doesn't have much fillings, but just perfect to enjoy gourmet chunky shrimp patty. This burger definitely becomes my new routine in Hong Kong 💕

Half of the ordering kiosks not available. No option to order at the counter no service personell available. For a tourist not having card but only cash no option. Went to enquire at the hand out counter if anyone could come to assist for cash payments and order in person, what seemed to be the manager just plainly said no. You can only order kiosk... If you want me to order kiosk cna you make sure all of them work on the first place.

I went down and because it was one of the only restaurants open there were a lot of people and it was so packed.
