Average food, horrible service ! NOT recommended.

We went there during weekday lunch hour. There was two male staff that day, both of them kept pulling a long face and sent wrong orders to our table twiceโ€ฆ

Their attitude was so blunt and unfriendly. When one of us went out to order for the whole table at the counter, one of the staff questioned if that person could remember all the items, in quite a serious tone. (Iโ€™m afraid this is quite a weird question to ask your customers ?!)

We ordered dessert and the staff offered to serve them after meal. When the meal is finished, we told them the dessert could be served now but they seemed to have no impression on it at all and asked what items we ordered. It was lunch time on a working day, we were afraid it may take a long time to serve so we politely asked if we could just give up on the desserts as they were not made yet. The staff replied โ€œIt is your responsibility to remind us when to serve themโ€ and walked away.

It is perfectly understandable if the dessert items cannot be cancelled but their attitude was like putting the blame on the customers. In fact, in most cafes, the staff would pay attention to the guests and serve desserts after meal at the suitable time. We are not asking for this level of service but the facial expression and tone of the staff really made us question if we did anything wrong.

Wonder if any staff training has been provided as they donโ€™t even have the basic courtesy in serving customers.

Very uncomfortable experience, definitely not...

Great Food, Much Better Service!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this very dog friendly restaurant and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! Not only was the atmosphere vibrant, warm and inviting, but the food was absolutely delicious. I particularly loved the pepper flavored Australian tenderloin steak - it was cooked medium rare to perfection and simply melted in my mouth. Unfortunately, the Laksa was not as fulfilling as it was missing key ingredients.

What made my experience most enjoyable was the fact that I was able to bring my two furry friends along for the ride. The wait staff was incredibly courteous and endearing to my pets, making sure they were comfortable and happy throughout the meal. It's not often that you find a restaurant that is so accommodating to both humans and pets, so I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for the hospitality.

Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a welcoming and pet-friendly environment. The steak alone is worth the visit, but the experience as a whole is truly one of a kind. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my dining experience so memorable - I will...

Bright, colourful and cheery place that is also pet-friendly cafe in the Art Lane area of Sai Ying Pun. They have a western style food menu and do a range of standard coffee and other drinks. I had a good Hazelnut Latte here recently. Nice staff as well. Worth a consideration if looking for a casual place around Art Lane for a coffee...
