Hidden away in Art Lane, this eye catchingly designed shop front enticed us in for a quick beverage.
The owners were very friendly and interior wa very modern with earthy colours and greenery leading the way. A dog-friendly cafe as we saw a couple of customers with their pets.
The store front is certainly different as the wooden doors are canted at an angle and provide a pseudo al fresco dining experience.
We ordered a latte, an iced Long Jing tea and fresh orange juice.
The latte was pleasant and gave an impression that their beans were freshly roasted (I think they do their own micro roasting?) nice and smooth with a gentle aftertaste. The Long Jing iced tea was pleasant and surprisingly a little fruity and zesty. The orange juice was a bit on the pricey side for $40 considering it was about 350ml of OJ, but it was freshly squeezed and very sweet.
Some of the other customers had food and it looked delectable - will have to aim to try their food menu next time! Would highly recommend if you are wandering around the...

Loved the interior design to the space - the dim lights and dark wooden furniture. Staff were also super friendly! Ordered an ice oat latte, liked the flavour of the coffee beans but the drink was slightly on the watery side. But still looking forward to try other drinks! They offer a wide variety of drinks and options other than coffees. Also got a funguy (mushroom) sandwich which was a vegetarian option and flavour was amazing, bread was fresh and warmly served. However space is not huge so please expect to share tables...
Read moreThe latest hipster cafe in Art Lane. House blend coffee is not on the fruity side, so it’s a tick for me. Whilst a cup is more on the expensive side at $45, it is a larger cup and you can change to oat milk without extra charge.
Food menu is shorter and simpler. Got the ‘shrooms sandwich, which exceeded expectations. The crispy dried maitake added additional crunch and more intense umami savoury flavour to the otherwise well-made focaccia mushroom sandwich.
Really like the interior design and indoor outdoor flow of this place, especially during the current cooler climate in HK.
Would recommend a visit to anyone looking for a new coffee...
