APRIL COFFEE LAB (Sai Ying Pun) — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

The male staff on 26 Feb 8:30am there was extremely rude. Spoke to him in english to order a hot latte but he rolled his eyes and turned to talk to someone else in cantonese. He didn't even bother to respond me to ask me to wait. Even when i called for him he completely ignored me. He treated me as though I were transparent, with 0 respect. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!!! I've seen other comments saying staff here are extremely rude and lack of professionalism. You'll feel like you're having a bad day after visiting this horrible place!

Reply to April: I saw that he intentionally rolled his eyes and went away. He was at the counter taking my orders and went off leaving me hanging for a long time, confused. He could have at least apologized and inform me he had to take someone else's order first. Also I was the only one IN LINE. So i don't understand why is he taking someone else's order in the store already when I was the only one at the counter. Good coffee and wonderful cheesecake in a tight but cozy cafe. Went near the closing time so we managed to snatch some seats. Flat white was comforting and had a good balance of milk and coffee. Americano was pleasant too! We initially ordered the sea salt cheesecake but the staff came to us and told there were 2 flavours (oolong and something else that was not sea salt, maybe the sea salt was sold out? This coffee shop is very chill . We ordered oatmeal bowl and yogurt bowl, which is so pretty! It is so fresh and both tastes good!

The flat white is very good! The coffee got nice aroma and nutty flavour, it is very smooth and with a bit aftertaste.

The latte is smooth and the milk is very creamy. And we had a good time....
