When Master Dwarf Gimli had said these lines in Lord of the Rings movie, he was probably talking about the FORK-TENDER RIBS @ RUBY TUESDAY! 😋I found that the meat of these ribs does come RIGHT OFF THE BONE, with almost no effort.
So I can feel what Master Dwarf Gimli had felt thousands of years ago.
I ALWAYS order a full rack of ribs (the Ribs Sampler) when I go to Ruby Tuesday....One half being CLASSIC BBQ and the other half being HONEY BBQ😍. Ordered the same this time as well, and will continue to do so during my future visits to Ruby T.
The next item we ordered was the NEW ORLEANS SEAFOOD. The TILAPIA FISH FILLET was very tasty and it was not flaky (generally, many fish dishes can become and it always bothers me just a bit). The sautéed SHRIMP on top of the fish were also very good. The SPICE on one hand, and the CHEESE on the other hand, created a perfect blend of opposing forces. I certainly liked the result of this particular blend.👍🏻
Next up, we also ordered the MINI TRIO (which contains 3 mini burgers, and fries).
Of the 3 mini burgers, the one with CRAB cake is my favorite. In fact I jumped on the crab mini, and only realized later that I’ve to take a pic .... so crab mini is missing from the pic below)😉 I would rate the CHICKEN MINI at 2nd spot and a close 3rd for the BEEF MINI, which was not bad.
DRINKS also deserve special mention. The MANGO MOJITO was awesome (ordered in MEGA SIZE which is usually meant for 2 people but I can EASILY finish by myself... and I did!)😁 In addition to the usual mint leaves, it had pieces of mango in it.
The TEQUILA SUNRISE was also good (not too alcoholic, so it may not give you much of a BUZZ, but just a nice taste in the mouth)
Bottomline is that, Ruby T serves the good old traditional American food, and is a MUST VISIT if you like to STUFF YOURSELF WITH COMFORT FOOD😋in a very CASUAL AMBIENCE😊.... Now who doesn’t...
Read morethis experience was by far the worst customer service ever. we felt that they didn’t really care and we had to specifically ask for plates and cups of water which we feel are very average and should be done without having to ask. we feel that we didn’t get respected and got treated differently by the servers because we were just kids. Their tone was very impatient and annoyed, whereas they treated other customer. One of us had a membership app on their phone and they have used it multiple times before but this time they said that we couldn’t use it unless if the person who bought the membership was there in person, which I had never encountered before because it was obvious that we couldn’t get the QR code if we didn’t actually have the membership. Because of this we had to pay double the price which was unfair since we were a member and had to pay for the membership. also, we had a very big problem with our pasta because we found a hair in it. It was very gross and we called over a waiter and she asked the manager to come, but the manager didn’t show that he really cared and was very current and impatient with us, we were all really grossed out by this and didn’t really have our appetite after that. this is a very big sanitary concern, and we feel that this cannot be overlooked. overall, we felt like we weren’t treated the way we should be as customers and we’ll definitely not be...

Notice it is franchise and the taste may vary in different RT. So decided if ribs taste good, will go for membership. That was the plan.
I ordered half ribs, fois gras toast and white sangria (had it in K11 RT and it was amazing). Everything came all in once so I had to eat one by one.
Fois gras toast was sliding on the plate while the waiter was trying to put it down. Wei…this could be solved by a drop of mesh potato. Perhaps this RT is new? Or I am the first person ever ordered fois gras toast here? The toast is a bit too thick and tasteless.
The ribs…is the driest ribs I have ever had. I thought it was because the first bite was the tip? The dry meat texture with no taste stay in my mouth all the way...that’s all I remember.
Sangria is okay but no membership...
