Custom Hawaiian Bowl with Tuna Protein – $118 This restaurant truly delivers on both portion size and generosity. Opting for tuna as the main protein, I was pleasantly surprised by the sheer amount provided—about 8 to 9 sizeable pieces, each roughly the length of a thumb. The freshness of the tuna was evident, with a texture and flavor that complemented the rest of the bowl beautifully.
One standout feature is the option to choose a salad base instead of a carbohydrate-heavy one, which is perfect for those avoiding starch. I personally appreciated this flexibility, as it caters to a range of dietary preferences.
For the toppings, I selected sesame seaweed, pineapple chunks, and greenhouse cucumber. The restaurant was generous with each topping, piling them so high that the bowl was almost overflowing. Adding pineapple turned out to be a delightful choice—the sweet and tangy flavor paired perfectly with the Hawaiian theme, making each bite feel light, refreshing, and well-balanced.
Cold-Pressed Pineapple Juice – $32 To complement the meal, I opted for a chilled cold-pressed pineapple juice as part of the set. The juice was wonderfully refreshing, with a natural sweetness that wasn't overly cloying. It provided the perfect balance to the meal, leaving no heaviness behind.

Read moreI recently dined at Poke Go in Wanchai on Swatow Street and enjoyed their Shaka Bowl which included salmon, sushi rice, pineapple, cucumber, egg shreds, spicy mayo, sesame, and fried burdock.
The bowl was packed with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The salmon was very fresh and tender. Which I really loved.
The fried burdock, while flavorful and crispy, was a bit challenging to crush and mix into the bowl. Would suggest the restaurant to let the customer take a picture of the dish first (as it looked quite presentable) and then include an added service to crush the burdock for easier mixing.
The cozy ambiance with Hawaiian music playing softly in the background created a relaxing vibe.
Last but not the least, the service was good and the staff were friendly and attentive.
Note: There’s a bit of waiting for this restaurant...
