Starbucks (Harbour North) — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

Truly horrendous experience in this Starbucks. Strongly recommend not going there anymore. There was a member of staff called Skip and he is legitimately the worst Starbucks staff throughout the world. Being a regular Starbucks customer for over a decade throughout five continents around the world he has to be the worst Starbucks staff. Witnessed him numerous times yelling at the customers as if he was the owner of the Starbucks chain, which was of course ridiculous. He never looks into the eye of the customers when taking their orders. If you ask a few questions then he will just brutally reject your requests. Nice outdoor patio with partial view of the harbour. But on weekends, expect loud dance music and limited 30 min only Wi-Fi.

I got on the Wi-Fi with the complicated code printed on the receipt that they failed to provide me the first time. After 30 min, I asked them for another one as it's ridiculous to provide only 30 min, IMO. The counter girl reluctantly print another receipt for me with the new code. This Starbucks is located on the G/F of the Harbour North Phase 1 shopping complex in North Point. Opening hours are 8am to 9pm daily. They have a small indoor seating area as well as outdoor tables facing the promenade. Menu is same as what you find at all Starbucks, service is quick and coffee drinks taste as expected.
