this is crazy. crazyly cheap food i had ever tried in hong kong island for a cha chan ten place.

we were waited 10min i front of store at about 2pm. the place is narrow and small. table are narrow and seat are narrow. beside that every thing are just perfect and good.

let not talking about food. the price ks crazyly cheap. for a noodle with satay beef and egg. with 一丁 noodle +3$ all thing cost you 37$, fkkking hell cheap and most important its iced tea didnt charge me an extra 3$. the boss must be come front heaven and give his kindess to our poor hk citizen. never found a place dont charge +3 for iced drink except really expensive resto. here the hot drink and ice drink is both free of charge. portion is big. crazy cheap.

also , the portion for tea time is big. other resto tea time will cut portion into half as tea time culture. thats why ppl queuing at 2pm aiming for this cheap and good food.

in terms of food. their beef is super good. portion big with extra peanut on top. very good quality and beef texture is chewy with strong beef taste. yummy.

Went to this resto with my family for lunch. . I ordered Poached Chicken with Ginger & Spring Onion & Rice. The chicken was meaty, yet it would have been better if the texture was smoother.

My sis got Steamed Pork Patty with Salted Egg on Rice. The pork patty was firmed and had a savoury taste with the salted egg. . The resto was quite popular becoz of its economical price, so we had to wait for a while before we could enter. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Went to this Cha Chaan Teng with my family and had afternoon tea. . My dad ordered the Fried Chicken Thigh with Salad. The thigh was hotly fried, with a crispy skin and succulent meat. The salad was pretty standard.

I ordered Fried Egg & Sausages with Rice Noodles. The fried egg was over easy, so it had a runny yolk. The sausages were not using Valley Chef chicken sausages, they tasted sweeter and were less firm. The rice noodles were slightly soggy. . The price of their of afternoon tea set...

Have always wanted to try this place after seeing reviews. It’s interesting to see crowd for late lunch and wasn’t surprise after looking at the menu. For a fraction of price, not only the portion remained generous, the food quality definitely exceeded its value.

You can tell that the patrons are regular who either stay or work around the neighbourhood. It has quite an extensive menu to cater to different taste buds.

The satay beef noodle was good, the beef slices were thick cuts and tender. Its soup was flavourful with a good visible amount of peanut in the sauce. Personally I prefer my satay beef with a hint of sweetness to balance off the rich taste from the sauce, this still makes it to the top 5 to go list.
