We had a shocking experience at Stekka Master this evening. We had called at 9.20pm, they close at 10pm to check if they could squeeze us in. They did so we headed down and were there in 10 mins. Very clear we wanted to have steak so we asked for recommendations between an Italian T Bone or 800g Ribeye. Our server said go for the T bone so we did. Meant to be an indulgent enjoyable meal. What we got after a 20 min wait was a heavily burnt piece of T bone cold and raw on the inside. We had a slice each couldn’t bear how bitter and burnt it was and as much as we hated to return it as the servers were really lovely. We did as it was impossible to eat. They bring it back to us exactly the same with the burnt crust cut off. At this point it seemed futile to try and explain to the kitchen or the chef that this was just unprofessional to send out. I would rather they had just told us the chef was in a rush to end kitchen service, had zero interest to make a T bone and offered us a quicker alternative - perhaps a tenderloin ? We tried to have a couple more pieces but really it was just terrible.
I can’t believe they then had the audacity to charge us whole price for the T bone, comping the drinks. We would have compromised on paying full price on drinks and 20-30% towards what was a barely inedible piece of meat. When raised to the server, he said he served it because he thought it was just charred and we said it was ok after they removed the burnt crust.
All in all an incredibly disappointing experience. We really appreciated the servers who tried to squeeze us in but the kitchen team is a disgrace. At least for us straggler customers coming in close to the end of...

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent dining experience at this exceptional Italian steak house. From the moment we arrived, the manager Fouad’s warm welcome and friendly demeanor set the tone for a wonderful evening.
As we perused the menu, Fouad took the time to educate us on the Chianina breed of cattle, which this restaurant is one of only two in Hong Kong licensed to import. Intrigued, we decided to try the Chianina ribeye steak as our main course.
When the steak arrived, we were immediately impressed by its exquisite presentation. The first bite revealed a level of tenderness and juiciness that is rarely achieved, complemented by a perfect seasoning that allowed the natural flavors of the premium meat to shine. It was simply divine.
To start our meal, we opted for the pork pizza, which featured delightfully crisp pork atop a soft yet crunchy homemade crust. While we would have enjoyed a slightly heartier application of sauce, the overall dish was a delightful blend of textures and flavors.
The cozy, lively atmosphere of the restaurant created a wonderful ambiance, and we found the dinner set menu to offer an impressive array of options at a very reasonable price point. At around $500 for the two of us, the generous portions of such high-quality cuisine represented exceptional value.
Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hidden Italian steak house, and we would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone seeking an exceptional meal in a warm, welcoming setting. We look forward to returning in the...
