We really enjoyed it because the style is, I would call, minimalistic:the way he created his recipe is based on the specific type of fish or seafood. The details including the smallest leaf, tiny sesame, pinch of spices and temperature were all well-thought out and contributed together to elevate the main ingredients.
Quality-to-price ratio is honestly high in the omakase category. It was around HKD 3000 for two and we had ~20 dishes!

石鯛魚刺身: 肉質鮮嫩, 口感獨特, 爽脆富彈性.
深海池魚: 入口魚脂甘香, 鮮味十足, 吃上口啖啖肉, 能吃上絶對是幸福.
間八魚刺身: 間八魚最高級壽司食材中的前三名之一. 魚肉質肥而不膩, 啱啱好.
真鯛魚刺身: 星級魚種. 肉質細膩, 鮮味不凡.
鰆魚西京燒: 鰆魚經醬油醃漬, 烹烤得好美味.

白燒鳗魚飯: 白鳗燒得外脆內嫩, 燒到啱啱好, 唔會太乾, 表面保留燒烤嘅香味. 飯用上日本米,入口香甜, 一口鰻魚, 一口飯, 真滋味!
餐後甜品: 白酒啫喱 , 內有柚子及提子,味道清新, 滑滑的啫喱帶白酒甘香, 一起食真係好滿足.
