The staff who served me were really friendly and helpful. I wish more staff ih Hong Kong would take note!

As all dishes are freshly prepared and cooked, it took over 10 mins.

The bowl was absolutely huge, thank goodness I was hungry. I loved how the noodles were separated from the broth so it doesn't end up soggy when you're indoors. All this attention to details means a lot.
