Grabbed a breakfast before attending a seminar. The fried eggs are nicely made. Very soft and smooth. The restaurant is spacious. Plenty of seats. The attendants are also diligent. Hope to see the following improvements: 1. Their toasted bread got stale; 2. Their satay sauce is a bit salty. Its ingredients should also be reviewed; 3. Their HK style milk tea is silky but too milky. Its tea portion should be up a bit; and 4. Their washroom's cleanliness. Two stars are withheld from the atmosphere session for this reason. Indeed they can maximize their calibre in particular when the restaurant is less than 50% occupied during less rush hours.

I ordered a Scrambled egg with bbq pork (經典叉燒滑蛋飯)，eventually they gave me a omelette rice with pan fried bbq pork (蛋包煎叉燒飯)。A dish don’t even available on the menu. They keep saying this is the dish. Very obvious the original cook has left and the new cook doesn’t know how to do this dish properly . 1 star gives back the home made soup which is ok, but will never come back again.

I came here for lunch. I tried their beef curry, beef brisket tendon, and home stewed pork cartilage. All were so soft and so tasty delicious! The meat and cartilage just melts in your mouth. The servings are large and worth the money. I will come back again here next time.
