Very delicious Chinese special cuisine! Really love the special traditional designed with old famous Hong Kong feeling, it's spacious and bright lighting. Foods and drinks were variety of choices, with great tastes and traditional dishes. Lots of wines and beers for group of customers to have a good gathering! Highly recommend for this restaurant!

以前喺灣仔住嘅時候，經常會去杜老誌道群策大廈搵食，不過自從搬遷後，已經有好幾年無嚟過。最近從網站得知，群策大廈 7 樓開咗間新派室內大牌檔——「杜老誌大飯店」。餐廳裝潢很有特色，以香港 80 年代的經典場景為主題，當中包括有杜老誌夜總、桑拿中心、麻雀館、士多、遊戲機中心、海鮮檔同茶檔等，佈置充滿老香港情懷，令人有猶如步入了時光隧道般。餐牌很簡單，一張過，分為前後兩頁，以經典粵菜為主。至於選項方面就包括有前菜、佐酒小菜、杜老誌推介、鑊氣小炒、蒸類、賣魚勝推介、蔬菜類、鐵板煲仔類、炒飯麵類同湯類。先來一客鐵板 T 骨薯仔 ($128)，T 骨扒以圓形鐵板盛載，廚師很細心，上桌前已經將件 T 骨代為切件，入口香味四溢，既食到西冷嘅油香、又可以享受到牛柳嘅肉味，一次過可以吃到T骨兩邊唔同嘅的肉質，令人吃得很滿意。伴吃的薯仔亦非常滋味，入口外脆內綿，充滿薯香。接著是鹽燒鮑魚煲 ($188) 鮑魚煲熱辣辣送上，一客有 6 隻，用鹽燒方法炮製，面頭鋪滿洋蔥絲同紅椒絲。撥開一看，原來鮑魚已經全部𠝹曬花，唔怪得咁入味，加上鮑魚經烹調後帶有獨特的鹹香，更能帶出其本身嘅鮮甜味，肉質軟腍有嚼勁。紅燒乳鴿 ($78)，紅燒乳鴿是餐廳嘅招牌菜，幾乎是每檯的「座上客」。乳鴿可以揀原隻上或斬件，上桌時還會附有膠手套和用來洗手的熱檸茶。挾起乳鴿一看，外皮色澤均勻、帶有油光，未食已經聞到陣陣乳鴿香氣，肉質肥美又有肉汁，入口還夾著濃濃油脂香，十分 Juicy，難怪深受客人喜愛！壓軸甜品點了菠蘿皮焗西米布甸 ($28/位)，一向愛吃西米布甸，加上呢款面頭鋪咗層菠蘿皮，做法新穎，甚具創意。布甸吃起來有蛋香，但又不會過分甜膩，配上入口即溶的西米粒和面層酥脆的菠蘿皮，令布甸食落更加香口。食完嘆番杯凍檸茶 ($19)，酸甜冰爽，暑氣全消。這晚雖然只係點咗幾道菜，吃得不多，但幾款菜色味道都唔錯，唔花巧又有水準，相當值得推薦。

Love the atmosphere. It is located at level 7 of a building. The food was great. We ordered BBQ pork ribs, stir fried noodle with beef, 8 flavour fried tofu, deep fried fish and stir fried French bean. The BBQ pork was the highlight, worth the wait. The fried fish was nice. The stir fried French bean was good but would be ideal if it was less oily. The stir fried noodle with beef has wok hey however it was oily and the beef could be better.
