Wah Cheong Noodle Restaurant — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

Sub-par hygiene + rude staff. Upon entering the restaurant, I was asked to scan the QR code of government's "LeaveHomeSafe" app without the choice of leaving contact information as an alternative proposed by the government. In addition, everyone around me just walked through without scanning nor heaving information. What made me THE only person to scan? Huh..? When a staff cleaned the table next to me, he just wiped everything from the table to the floor.. And a bone from chicken leg was wiped on to my pants. I talked to the staff and he just pretended not hearing me from calling him. OMG.. The chopsticks and spoons were placed in a bowl with water - which I thought it was hot water as a kind of sanitising. Turned it is just room...

Ordered 2 lots of Club Sandwich for afternoon tea. Waited 40 minutes for them!! When chasing for the order, the staff kept saying they were coming ... their excuse was the chef dropped the first lot and had to make them again! For something that simple, I failed to understand how it could take THAT long.

I know it's not really a place for Club Sandwich, I only went there for convenience sake. I'll never make that...

Good quality and variety of food. We ordered a fish ball congee and some soya sauce noodles. A little pricey for what I expected from HK ...but good and clean tables, efficient service.
