The must visit place in HK .. the best fish ball noodle so far… Soup was the clear simple type with the taste of fish itself.. not those heavy taste with seasoning type.. fish ball was good.. bouncy bouncy type.. and fresssshhh.. Toasted bread tasted ok only.. can skip ordering this 🤭… Beef brisket was soooooo good… so far the best one to me… Will definitely remain this in my to go list whenever I travel to HK ❤️

I have now found my fishball noodle heaven in Hong Kong, available in the serving style that I grew up with in Malaysia/ Singapore.. ie. simple dry noodle in soy sauce (ooh and the noodle is basically ‘mee pok’ 😎) soup on the side.. loved the flavourful fish broth perfectly complementing the bouncy, tasty fish balls.. Will be back again to try the soup version and beef brisket next time! ♥️

筲箕灣有名魚蛋粉，其實一直都是製作魚蛋的商店。 魚蛋有濃厚魚鮮味軟彈。 切腩的牛腩非常有嚼勁，又有牛味，值得一試。 豉油撈粗麵爽口，豉油汁帶點甜香，加點辣油勁惹味。

晚上來到筲箕灣東大街覓食 今次試了王林記 （20:15 last order) . 魚片撈粗 $54 粗面質感不錯 顏色均勻有光澤 魚片數量頗多 有魚味 . 鮮蝦雲吞米粉加色 $40 河粉售罄所以選擇了米粉 米粉是較滑身的那種質地 出奇地有驚喜 雲吞有5粒 雖然不是大粒嗰種 但每粒雲吞入面鮮蝦彈牙👍🏻 . 可惜最後食完好口渴 所以扣了分🤔
