This is a local coffee shop and cafe located on 1/F of the City Garden Shopping Arcade (Maxi Mall) along Electric Road in North Point. The shop has a larger than usual seating area and serves up a range of lunch sets in addition to desserts and traditional coffee drinks. I stopped by recently for an espresso that tasted pretty good, nutty flavour, acidic but not overly bitter. It was a decent espresso compared to peer coffee shops in the area.
There are several coffee shops along Java / Electric Rd between North Point and Tin Hau. Coffee + Space feels like more of a place for area residents and office workers to grab a reasonably priced meal compared to the more modern coffee shops like the nearby Coffee Academics. Scented with light chrysanthemum smell. A perfect choice for someone who doesn't like heavy taste drink. The dishes were average - nothing too good or bad. My curry pork chop with rice is something like you can order in Cha Chaan Teng. The soup is a surprise though as it's a radish soup, in a very Japanese style. The atmosphere here is amazing - the staff chatting with customers like friends, and there is a live show, singing some greatest songs of all-time. It was delicious and reasonably priced, which is always appreciated in HK
The person behind the bar was also very kind. They went out of their way to explain to me the menu since it was in Cantonese, this is always a plus for any foreigner trying to venture away from other fancy (and overpriced) premises
