Overall, our recent semi-buffet lunch (‘set lunch’) with relatives was satisfactory. The food quality and service were acceptable. However, we experienced dissatisfaction with the ice-cream station.

Confusion Regarding Ice-Cream Station: The setup of the ice-cream station was confusing. Although the signage stated that 'set-lunch' customers were not entitled to complimentary ice-cream, the nature of the 'semi-buffet' style and lack of clear instructions led to misunderstandings.

Limitations on Ice-Cream Consumption and Service: We assumed we could help ourselves to ice-cream from the uncovered/unlocked open fridge, but a staff member informed us that we were only allowed one cup each and they were supposed to serve it for us. This intervention could create dissatisfaction among customer experience. Clear instructions or additional notices would have been helpful.

Potential for Misunderstandings: The ice-cream fridge was left unlocked and uncovered, potentially leading to misconceptions. Customers who couldn't read the signage due to language barriers or young children may not have understood the policy. Addressing this issue would ensure a clear understanding for all.

Feedback to the Management: We expressed our concerns to the manager, who informed us that he had raised similar concerns with the management team before. However, it appears that this feedback had not been taken into account. We believe addressing these matters would enhance the overall dining experience and clarify the ice-cream policy.

擦蟹鮑快樂。

老婆大人最鍾意食海鮮！如果淨係我哋兩條友食嘅話一嚟唔食得多二嚟都好重皮下㗎！醒目嘅我梗係搵可以無限任食海鮮自助餐就最啱合尺。

搵咗呢間我第一次嚟嘅歷山酒店，佢嘅CAFÉ A呢期做蟹同鮑魚主題價錢超級抵食，我喺酒店嘅網上訂枱俾埋錢就有七折連埋加一折實都係$550位，可以食足三個鐘真係好嘆㗎。

行到酒店大堂估唔到咁金碧輝煌，感覺好瑰麗啱晒啲靚女喺度打卡。

呢間就係CAFÉ A歷山餐廳地方唔算好大，但係食嘅選擇都幾多同埋好啱我胃口。

一入到餐廳就見到呢個甜品櫃入面擺滿咗蛋糕甜品！有栗子忌廉蛋糕、藍莓芝士蛋糕、抹茶戚風蛋糕、抹茶栗子慕絲蛋糕、彩虹啫喱、抹茶牛奶布甸、栗子木糠布甸、柚子啫喱同埋楊枝甘露布甸，淨係呢個櫃已經鬼咁多嘢揀。

最令我感興趣嘅就係呢個抹茶蛋糕同埋楊枝甘露布甸，老婆大人一眼就昅中個栗子忌廉蛋糕，相信今晚嘅甜品時間應該會腥風血雨哈哈。

唔好以為剩係得個櫃行入啲仲有好多甜品！好似有即製㕴窩夫、焦糖燉蛋、芒果拿破崙、蛋撻、自助班戟機、麵包布甸、糖果曲奇、椰汁西米露同埋新鮮切件生果。

雪糕佢哋係用Mövenpick都有五隻味揀㗎！有士多啤梨、椰子、咖啡、雲呢拿同埋朱古力味。

男士們最鍾意嘅生蠔一樣有得食！即開生蠔仲有美國同埋愛爾蘭揀，一次過可以攞三隻走多幾轉回本就係咁簡單。

我鍾意食嘅刺身呢就有紅蝦、帶子、赤貝、吞拿魚、油甘魚、三文魚同埋八爪魚！睇落去就好新鮮喇等陣間食咗再包膠俾大家聽正唔正。

如果鍾意食壽司都有幾款可以揀㗎。

今次佢哋做蟹嘅主題所以粥呢一part就有蟹粉鮑魚海鮮粥，仲有大蝦同埋青口加埋蟹粉嗰朕鮮味你都咪話正。

前菜區有芝士拼盤仲有我鍾意食嘅藍芝士，跟住有泰式無骨酸辣鳳爪、泰式香芒沙律、朝鮮薊雞肉沙律、明太子鮑魚牛油果沙律、雜菌沙律同埋皇帝蟹肉白酒啫喱凍批。

另外仲有凍火腿、辣肉腸、沙樂美腸、煙三文魚、風亁火腿同埋自助沙律吧，如果細食真係食前菜都已經飽咗。

呢度凍海鮮有鱈場蟹腳、海螺、青口同埋凍蝦，四款都好新鮮而且好有海水味，啱晒鍾意食海鮮嘅朋友瘋狂去嘆。

呢晚中西湯分別係忌廉蘑菇湯同埋南瓜蟹粉素翅羹，我就鍾意忌廉蘑菇湯你呢。

呢度嘅中式熱菜特別出色！蒸得好靚嘅清蒸沙巴龍躉，然後仲有蟹黃粉絲蒸蟶子、蟹肉伊麵、鮑汁扣鵝掌、蝦籽柚皮、黑醋咕嚕肉同避風塘炒皇帝蟹軟殼蟹，每一款嘅質素都好高絕對可以全部試晒。

日本嘅熱食串燒有雞翼、大蝦、鰻魚、牛肉串、雞軟骨同玉桂菠蘿，唔好睇佢擺咁少喺度！客人攞完之後好快就會加返，我覺得咁仲好因為啲串燒會新鮮熱辣呀嘛。

其他唔同國家嘅熱食都有唔少嘢揀㗎。

好似有燒排骨、日式咖喱牛肉、黑松露薯蓉、泰式香茅海鱸魚、奶油焗卡邦尼鮑魚、皇帝蟹芝士通粉同埋皇帝蟹茶碗蒸。

至於好似我呢啲食肉獸就開心囉！因為有酥焗羊架、西班牙黑毛豬叉燒同埋慢燒美國頂級西冷牛扒嚟滿足「肉」望，呢個位仲有即刻煎起嘅香煎鴨肝。

除咗頭先嗰兩個中西湯之外，自助餐仲有羊肚菌花膠響螺燉雞湯任飲，呢個燉湯唔飲肯定係損失。

呢個自助飲品吧入面有任飲嘅精選紅酒、白酒、啤酒、汽水、橙汁、蘋果汁、咖啡同埋茶，好似我呢啲咁爛飲嘅酒鬼真係開心到爆呀。

好鬼肚餓啊攞咗一枱嘢食返嚟慢慢嘆！刺身真係好唔錯我就最鍾意赤貝同埋紅蝦，一個鮮爽一個甜糯正到無倫。

另外餐廳會送每人兩隻澳洲鮑魚刺身！鮑魚好鬼鮮甜仲勁有咬口，食完兩隻仲有啲唔係好夠喉㖭。

This is my first time to have a Semi-buffet dinner. The menu of the semi-buffet dinner is considered to all different needs of diet such as vegetarian.
