I ordered the green tea with lemon. The tea itself is pretty good. However, they charge for anything “extra”, even when they’re usually what you add when you drink tea. For example, milk and honey. The waiting time is also ridiculous… 50 minutes for 1 drink. They are severely understaffed (3 people on a Sunday). The sitting area is full of trashes as people don’t really clean after themselves and the staff don’t have time to...

Absolute worst service. With an order of room temperature drinks, they will serve you with boiling hots beverages. Asking them for ice is not permitted; it is their "company policy" to not "provide ice" even if a customer will pay for the cost. Service is below par with their rude response. $74 for two drinks which is expensive and the drink is average at best. Never visit...

TLDR: long wait for a really bad milk tea

It took 15 minutes to queue and then only to realize they were taking so much time to make drinks, it took over 40 minutes to get two drinks. Service was horrible as they did not try to move quickly at all, they were really just standing there talking at one point. The milk tea wasn’t even good or worth...
