ChullsChick (Wan Chai) — Restaurant in Hong Kong

First time - heard a lot about it. I live in Central but deliberately chose the Wanchai venue because it’s cozier and I like the area.

Had the Ceviche Classico, Chicken Croquetes and 1/2 Chicken with 2 sides -

Delish! Every item was super yummy. Ceviche presentation is poor but it is super fresh and tasty.

The other items very well presented. Went with a friend, we each had a glass of wine and sparkling water.

I had a glass of Camernere which was not fresh at all. I hesitated saying anything but after a few sips I politely told the staff.

She was very polite and friendly and not defensive and opened a new bottle and poured me a new glass - and Thank You for doing that.

It’s our third time here. We came all the way from Macau for a family lunch. We are a group of 6, but we accidentally booked for a table for 5. So when we walked in telling this staff we are actually 6. Since the have 2 tables of 4 empty, and one 5 seats table at the back end. We asked if we could combine the tables so we could sit together. But this rude staff told us we booked for 5 and could only sit separately by 3 & 3. Her attitude and manner was very rude!.
