Disappointing. Atmosphere was nice and the restaurant had a great view, unfortunately the food was mediocre at best. Dishes seemed too pretentious and not well executed. The thought behind the menu was interesting just poorly executed. We were a party of four and I think between us we must have sent 40% of the food back. For a high end restaurant I would not expect colourful sugar sprinkles to be used to decorate their dessert dish. Service was to be desired, only the young lady waitress made an effort to explain in detail of each course, considering that it was a very quiet night with only 2 tables occupied we still had to pour our own tea and asked for a refill on the hot water. We tried the signature omakase 9-course menu, and oh boy the flavours are as weird as how they named the dishes. Yes, how each course was being put together was conceptually creative, but the execution was just utterly bad. For instance, we were supposed to dip a piece of fried fish into a red wine sauce that taste like a dessert topping which was just awful. Entire menu also lacks theme overall - it goes from canto region delicacies, then to M5 wagu beef served in Japanese style teriyaki sauce with wasabi, then it went on to a Shanghainese broth. Ingredients were good but definitely need to give more thoughts into the composition...

小王子這個插畫小說看似是兒童讀物!實際上內裏包含了很多發人深省的故事,所以受歡迎也不是沒理由的,於早前我去品嚐了一場小王子Afternoon Tea今天就跟大家分享箇中滋味。
再次來到心思誠意也滿滿的獅房菜Lion Rock!面對著獅子山悠閒地享用這頓下午茶。
這個擁有夢幻色調的便是小王子的奇妙旅程下午茶,內裏以四鹹五甜點心配特色飲品組合而成。
兩杯也是凍飲非常合我心水喔!包括是粉紅色的The Rose玫瑰乳酸梳打,和粉藍色的The Adventure甜橙苿莉梳打。
The Rose玫瑰乳酸梳打杯緣沾滿玫瑰花瓣,還綴以玫瑰花冰真的美絕全場!用上玫瑰糖漿、可爾必思、梳打水及紅石榴糖漿調混而成,喝下花香滿盈甜而不膩帶出溫柔的味道。
The Adventure甜橙苿莉梳打放上印有小王子的白朱古力片及香橙乾片!如白雲般的細滑忌廉輕柔親嘴,下層則是以利口酒甜酒、茉莉花糖漿、可爾必思和梳打水調配而成的粉藍色特飲,帶上幽幽的花香味道挺可口。
先來品嚐鹹點當中包括有鴨肝醬脆餅配紅桑子啫喱、蟹肉牛油果蓉配脆米餅脆、煙三文魚慕絲撻配黑魚籽及炸巴馬火腿芝士薯仔球配鮮香草茄蓉醬。
蟹肉牛油果蓉配脆米餅脆!如草披般青蔥的牛油果醬混入了鮮味蟹肉,配襯鬆脆的米餅一起吃幼滑香脆,如果您是牛油果粉絲必定會喜歡。
煙三文魚慕絲撻配黑魚籽!用上油香滿瀉的挪威三文魚加入忌廉打成滑捋捋的慕絲,再配襯鹹香十足的黑魚子藏於香脆撻底內,全件放入口品嚐層次味道逐層逐層滲出好有驚喜。
炸巴馬火腿芝士薯仔球配鮮香草茄蓉醬!炸得香脆薯仔球口感非常軟綿,除了薯仔香氣外還帶陣陣鹹香風乾火腿的味道,喜歡配襯上香草茄蓉醬增添酸香味道一點膩感也沒有。
鴨肝醬脆餅配紅桑子啫喱!紅桑子啫喱的酸香令鴨肝醬味道更加迷人,吃罷齒頰留香非常叫人回味。
