we came in for dinner and was told tables need to return in 90minutes and that is okay since they are busy we ordered our food first before the table beside us. Ordered a starter x1 and main x2 . The table next to us received their food first. We patiently waited cause I understand they are busy. But after more than 30minutes, nothing is coming. We follow up and follow up and seems like they dont even know we ordered. Waited again and again. Received the 1st main, after long wait, received the 2nd main.. the starter did not come yet. I asked and they said they will check but nothing was happening until I complained. I told them I want to cancel my starter and will just order another main. But the staff said they will check. It seems like we were not allowed to order main again.????

The starter was given complimentary at the end after waiting and checking. Then suddenly we were charged for drinks that we didnot even order?? and the reason they gave was "they were busy", then how come the table next to us was okay and received their foods on time!?

The service was definitely disappointing. If we went to low end pizza shop, it might be acceptable but Pizza express??

I want to share my experience regarding dinner at Pizza Express on this Moko branch during weekdays when the tables weren't fully occupied.

The service was extremely disappointing. While I understand it's not a top-tier restaurant, the level of service I encountered was worse than what you'd expect at a typical 50HKD per head establishment. Paying 200 HKD per head here, even with a 10% service charge, felt unjustified.

Waitstaff showed little responsiveness, offering no acknowledgement even when waving hands for attention. As mentioned by others, getting a simple glass of water proved challenging, with repeated neglect. When I finally got assistance, it took 5 minutes, during which the waiter was preoccupied with chatting and serving other customers.

The manager or senior staff exhibited an arrogant demeanor, evident in their looks. When I requested to pay the bill, the response was particularly brusque—just slamming the bill on the table without a word.

Adding to the disappointment, the food was mediocre compared to other branches, with the pizza served already cold. Overall, it was a subpar experience that doesn't align with the expectations, especially given the...
