Overwhelming Festive Music, Slow Hotpot, and Mediocre Food

My recent visit to this restaurant was a total disappointment. The festive music was unbearably loud and never-ending, completely ruining any chance of a relaxing meal. Picture sitting through an hour and a half of non-stop, blaring holiday tunes—it felt like being trapped in a chaotic loop of forced cheer. I even recorded a video to document the madness, and watching it back, I can barely hear myself think, let alone enjoy any semblance of ambiance.

The food was just okay—nothing special or memorable. But what really frustrated me was the hotpot. It took forever to heat up, and by the time it was finally ready, I had lost my appetite.

I also feel terrible for the staff. They had to work in that overwhelming environment for hours, and it must have been exhausting. It’s hard to imagine how anyone could focus or provide good service with that level of noise. Between the headache-inducing music, the slow hotpot, and the mediocre food, this experience was a complete letdown. I won’t...

I loved there, in the past. But I visited today with less crowd waited outside. However, the staff who ONLY spoke in Mandarin helped outside didn't indicate that we need to scan the QR code for queing. Afterward, another (I believed he is) senior came out, and kind of rejecting our "no QR code" queing and said he didn't know what happen. Poor attitude and never try to know the situation with his staff. I am so disappointed since I had a poor service in the Wai's branch. But now, this branch is as bad as there.

I doubt, why the QR code leading to a page that need my phone number and names. Also, I would never visit this chain restaurants, which is poor service (not a single case...) and over- collected customer's personal...

Worst restaurant I have ever had. Really really ‼️bad hygiene ‼️‼️‼️‼️When I was eating the hotpot, I could see the cocktails walking around. Which was just next to my table, that’s disgusting. And the service wasn’t good as well. For the bubbles tea, we kinda wait for long long time. It only came after we waited for a long long time and by even asking. So, strongly recommend you to consider this restaurant carefully before you...

One of the best hotpot place that we kept going back. Price on the high side. But the service always attentive and they let you take their free refill duck blood to go for free after dinner. Which we always did. Always reserve table in advance. Could be a long wait if you don't.

Decor is pretty cool, if a bit dark. Soup base and ingredients are good. But service is slow and prices are higher than what you'd expect for the experience. At least they have a 15% off deal during certain afternoon hours.
