Not just the taste of home cooking. Also the warmth of home dining with dinner ladies who care about you and the food that ends up in your stomach. It's always a joy to hear what is said between people. They gently enquire about customers' wellbeing and on several occasions the customers can't stop talking to these ladies about their lives. Not to take it for granted, one of the ladies sometimes offers me a free bowl of tomato and potato broth, yummy and super hot, so had to politely decline when in a hurry!
