I recently visited Blend & Grind Coffee and had a mixed experience. While the food was mediocre, the avocado smoothie and coffee were quite good. I ordered the ham and cheese toastie, which was priced at 80 hkd, but it tasted pretty standard compared to other places I've been to at a similar price point. I also tried the bacon and egg bao, which was recommended by the menu, but it wasn't that impressive.

The biggest issue I had with the place was the lack of rain protection. It's a small space without any canopy or shelter, which made it difficult to enjoy my food in rainy weather. I ended up putting my plate on top of the standing fan and standing to eat, which was a bit awkward. It would be great if the restaurant could install some sort of sun and rain protection to make the experience more comfortable for customers.

Overall, while the food didn't quite meet my expectations, the avocado smoothie and coffee were definitely worth trying. I appreciate the effort put into creating a cozy atmosphere, but I hope the restaurant can consider adding some rain protection to make the experience...

Blend and Grind is a neighbourhood coffee shop, smoothie bar and cafe that started up in the Mid-Levels area of Hong Kong Island back in 2017. They now have another place Sun Street and another open outlet in the 28 Henessey Road building both in Wanchai.

This original place on Prince's Terrace is a casual, neat place to hang out for an espresso, coffee and light bite to eat. Opening hours are 6am to 7pm (weekdays) and 7am to 7pm (weekends). Seating space is a bit limited, they offer take-away and delivery through deliveroo.

We recently ordered from Blend and Grind and enjoyed our light breakfast. Order was received in 27 minutes, The spicy chorizo with onion and goat cheese was very nice. The sour dough bread was really hard, that was the only complaint regarding this order. We also had the Classic Açaí, a good serving with Greek Yogurt and bits of banana, granola, chia seeks and coconut. Both orders were above average for cafe and bistro breakfasts, something worth considering for those who prefer to eat within the comfort of their homes or...
