They probably spend more time brewing coffee and more effort seeking collaboration than servicing their machines. Quite disappointed with the washing machines. First few times months ago, machines weren't working. Now that all machines work, the 3 inner most ones had a funky smell and mud-liked stuff caked to the rims when I visited. Used a seemingly "clean" machine and my laundry came back dirtier than when it left the house, with black specks of dirt stuck on it so much so I had to bring it for a rewash elsewhere.
