Arena Cheung Chau — Restaurant in Islands District

Stopped in for some drinks after a long day of shopping, hiking, and site seeing - pleasantly surprised.

It's great to be able to find such a cozy and modern style pub in Cheung Chau, great place to meet you for drinks with friends or just as a couple.

Excellent drink menu, bar staff know their drinkology really well. Everything made fresh with fresh ingredients - we saw them pluck the mint leaves for our mojitos right off the plant, wash and clean and then put into the drinks!!!

Super friendly staff, very fun. Great atmosphere, very cozy and modern and relaxed....

My girlfriend ordered first a Long Island. This was not a long island. Several key ingredients were missing. After that, she ordered a GIN Tonic. They charged us high-end gin, but it was just house gin. We own a bar and know what we're talking about When I paid the bill, I told the lady above. She didn't even blink or react. She just took it as it was normal. If you make a mistake, admit it or at least apologize. We will never go here again and recommend customers to check there bill and drinks as they cheat you. Skip this place, there are way better bars...

as i walked in i didn’t see anyone working at the bar but there was a women sitting on a table watching me distantly. i asked “do you work here” and she responded with an empty face, unmoved. i took that as a no and waited for someone to appear. after a few minutes of feeling her stare in my direction she stood up to pass me a menu with an estranging look and walked into the bar facing elsewhere… not sure if that’s deterrence or excellent intrigue for...
