BIGPACK Cafe — Restaurant in Kowloon

Bad service! The FILIPINO lady "welcoming" customers must be removed ASAP. I have never heard someone asking about what do I want instead of a "hello hi" the minute I get inside a coffee shop still standing in the middle of the way, without giving us even the time to sit down or even read the menu! Did she expect us to learn the menu by heart from the website even before coming in for the first time? How about letting the customers sit first, then bring the menus then ask them what they would choose in a proper manner for EXEMPLE "what would you like to order?" ! Coming to the order now, even though the coffee is good (and I guess the coffee machine makes a good job) the "crème brulée" is a disaster, the inner cream doesnt look like cream at all and the texture feeling is not creamy at all. The top is only hard in the middle it wasnt flamed properly all around. The apple pie dough is not cooked or baked properly but only half, therefore the apples are too soft and white and not cooked at all... I asked for 3 extra suggar packets and the staff made a joke about charging me a dollar for each one! How uncomfortable this can be? "Résultat des courses": We did not finish the "crème brulée", we did not finish the "apple pie" but at least we finished our coffee even if I felt bad getting free sugar from the waiter! They really need to change their standards, and the good news is that they dont need Chef Ramsay for that! Just common...

Gorgeous cafe with a rustic and clean outdoor balcony area. I was looking for a nice relaxing cafe to work at near my motel, and when I looked up and saw this cafe from the streets, I knew it I had to check it out! It's such a nice quiet place away from the business of Mongkok. I ordered a mocha mint latte, which was perfectly sweetened to my taste already so I didn't have to add any sugar. After I finished the latte, the lady kindly took my cup away and even brought me a warm cup of water. The service is sooo good! I've worked here for about 3 hours plus, and no one made me feel like I should leave. I will definitely...

Sorry to say this...I was disappointed, moving tabel 2x ,because we are only 2 people, and got a tabel for 4 people, and there group coming ...I just can't understand...why ....the second time they ask me to moving table I already realy upset.n I pay n go....the more disappointed I saw there many tables indor. Is available. And the one next to me also only 2 people they are more longer stay there...why the staff only ask me to move ,I even said my fd will come to eat ...the staff just asking me to move immediately..never ever coming again.
