Blooms Coffee — Restaurant in Kowloon

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The coffee was good, but the staff were extremely rude, passive-aggressive and sarcastic. First, I ordered a small coffee, and I was wrongly charged for a big one. I questioned the staff politely and he fixed it (without apologies) and then proceeded to ask sarcastically if the sum was correct now. Second, even though we took a seat inside, coffee was not served to us. Instead, we were asked to walk to the counter to pick our order up. For background, there were 4 staff at least on duty (and few customers), but none of them could serve coffee to the table. One staff was required to be the cashier, the other three were standing around and chatting. I've never experienced anything like this in a cafe before. Third and finally, when we were exiting the cafe, the staff told us to clear our own rubbish. Really? 4 staff (including one making DRIP coffee) and no one could help us to clear. Wow. And when I finally cleared the rubbish out of courtesy, I was greeted with a very sarcastic "thank you!!" loudly. Never coming back again and would highly recommend no one visits this outlet. No good coffee is worth such...

Stylish little cafe for a quick shopping break 🛍️

Walked past and decided to try their promoted iced creme brûlée latte (oat milk). Friendly and efficient service. Coffee was standard, nothing to complain but not anything to write home about.

Modern aesthetic fit for an Instagram post, but limited seatings for parties for 3 or more. Plenty of seating for 1-2 ppl. Probably not best for long chats over coffee, more like a quick break in between shopping at K11 Musea.

Alternative milks - oat milk available. UPDATE

Went back again January 2025 and need to adjust the rating from 5 to 4 stars

Flat white was lukewarm and coffee was bitter. Previously the aesthetic of the cafe was enough to make up for it, but this time I really couldn't...

I would like to say it is one of my favourite coffee shop in recent years. I joined the membership as well as I can accumulate the points. Good products good quality of drinks. However, one thing is a bit different from time to time. The SERVICE!!!!!

The quality of the service is going to downgrade. I have no idea why the attitudes of some staff are so… how to say… need more training? Even no thank you after buying a drink and give me the receipt without saying anything….

I am not ask for the high class service but the cashier stands in the cashier without saying anything in all the way.

I think maybe the staff need extra...
