Elephant Grounds (Tsim Sha Tsui) — Restaurant in Kowloon

A good place to go after a nice run along the harbor!

We didn't want to go for anything too heavy after a run so we chose to go to Elephant Grounds for dinner. It wasn't our first time visiting so we didn't take any pictures of the restaurant when we were there.

We arrived at around 6:30 pm, plus it was a Wednesday night, so the restaurant was not busy at all.

The staff members have good hospitality and we could choose wherever we want to settle down.

As mentioned, we didn't want to go for anything heavy, so we just ordered a salad bowl and a curry rice bowl to share among the two of us. I tried their drinks before and they were quite good. I advise others to try out their gelato as well if they ever have the chance. The flavors look appealing and I would definitely want to try them out next time.

EG Cobb Salad (chicken, bacon bites, diced apples, corn, half-boiled eggs, diced avocado, and cherry tomato)

The ingredients of the salad bowl are really fresh and appealing. The portion was also relatively big so it could be shared among the two of us. I like how the apples were sweet and juicy and to me it's a big plus to the salad bowl. The chicken breast meat were not rough so the whole bowl was great.

Curry Burger Bowl (eg burger patty, onsen egg with homemade Japanese curry sauce with carrot and potato)

The beef patty was great and tender. I adore the curry sauce as it wasn't very salty and it goes well with Japanese rice. Again, the portion was big and we couldn't finish it.

The overall dining experience was great as usual. The dining area is semi-outdoors so it's suitable for people who want to spend their afternoon in good weather if they ever...

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the experience I had at your restaurant today. I had planned to have dinner with my family at your establishment, which we had visited before and enjoyed. However, when we arrived at the restaurant at the time listed on your website and social media pages as your opening hours 10-21:30, we found that it was closed before 20:00.

This was extremely inconvenient for us, as we had made plans and arrangements to dine at your restaurant, and had even traveled a fair distance to get there. We were left with no choice but to find another restaurant at the last minute, which was a hassle and disrupted our plans for the evening.

I find it unacceptable that your restaurant would advertise opening hours that are not accurate or up-to-date. This not only inconveniences customers like myself, but also reflects poorly on your business and can damage your reputation. I would appreciate an explanation for why your restaurant was closed during the advertised opening hours, and what steps you will take to ensure that this does not happen again in the future.

I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take appropriate measures to address this issue. I look forward to hearing back...

I am sorry to say that staff of elephant grounds at K11 musea are very unfriendly, slow to response and depressing. The tables with guests leaving have been left there for 15 mins without anyone cleaning it, while at the same time many people were queuing outside. A lady tried to ask a staff something but the staff asked her to wait for a moment and left. So the lady stood there waiting for the staff to come back for several minutes but the guy was just putting away some utensils at the bar which was not urgent apparently. Eventually the lady went up ahead and asked another guy. During the whole time the first guy was doing something random and I don’t see why he turned out to be like that. After I finally placed te order, it takes 30 mins for the coffee and then another 10mins for the food. People coming after me had already got their food. The waiter explained that they didn’t manage to place my order as the cashier...
