I got it in less than 10 minutes and tried it feeling the first initial hit of lemon, tea, and condensed milk. It felt like a rocket ship about to take off, headed straight for tastebud nirvana, but it then fell over limp. The flavors fell flat. I tried again and my memory wasn’t supplying the taste anymore. Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to Chicha San Chen @ K11. I had to wait 30 minutes in the queue, which was frustrating enough, but then I was informed that I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes for my drinks to be prepared.
What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were rude and showed a lack of empathy, especially considering I had a baby with me. After already wasting 30 minutes, the staff seemed indifferent to my situation, giving the impression that it was my loss rather than acknowledging the inconvenience.
