Cofflow — Restaurant in Kowloon

During our visit, my friend ordered an avocado bagel with salmon and a cup of latte with raw honey. They charged my friend around HKD15x. The total amount should have been [(58 + 20 + 48) x 1.1] = 138.6, including the 10% service charge.

Upon raising our concern with a female staff member, we found her unable to provide us with a satisfactory explanation. Although she issued a refund of 2 dollars, she eventually admitted her inability to resolve the matter and sought assistance from another staff member (basically she spoke loudly: I really cannot solve this issue and someone just help me with this?)

The second staff member who attended to us demonstrated eagerness to help, yet also failed to arrive at the correct calculation. He suggested that the error might be attributed to a systematic issue.

While we understand that mistakes can occur, we expect a higher level of customer service in such situations. It is essential that your staff members are well-equipped to handle customer concerns promptly and effectively. And we believe it is crucial for your establishment to rectify any issues with your billing system to ensure accurate transactions for ALL...

absolutely easily one of my favorite cafes to date!! vibes are so nice, food is great too, amazing interior

got the pesto pasta which had a really mellow pesto taste, and rather let the mushroom and toasted almonds carry the flavor instead. portion size was quite appropriate, didnt feel too much or too little. visually looks stunning, love the addition of spinach in it HAHA. the garlic in the whole dish elevated it to another level, adding depth to the dish.

coffee's definitely on the fruity side of things, very acidic which was much needed and in good balance with the pasta dish.

vibes are great! has an upstairs seating area which is quite spacious, has a japanese vibe to it where every single seat is surrounded with art. would be a great study spot with the music playing in the background.

unfortunately has no wifi and very limited outlets, pls come with fully charged stuff if you want to study here 😮‍💨

at its price point i would say its really worth it! come again? yes! would love to try their...

Follow the flow and aroma of the coffee, then you can arrive this beautiful and vintage store~ We loved their storefront with the hong kong old style iron gate. They also got their store name on the gate which is really special.

They recommended us to try their Blackccino when boy ordered Ice Americano. It was quite a special drink in all the cafe nowadays. It looked exactly the same like Ice Americano with foam on top. It just made the whole drink more silky and smooth. Flat White was also very nice to have, loved the aroma and the balance of the drink!

We also tried their homemade cheesecake. It tasted very nice and cheesy, but it won’t go over that. It was a perfect match...
