Fu Wah Cafe (Tsim Sha Tsui East) — Restaurant in Kowloon

Worst experience ever. Speaking for every other customer in the restaurant. The service is the worst you will ever find, where the staffs will literally shout and scold the customer. Witnessed the short hair lady waiter shouting at 2 tables of customers today. I wonder how did she even get hired with this trash attitude.

For my table, we ordered some meat but they came fried rice which is the wrong order. It’s okay, people make mistakes but, it is unacceptable if you don’t accept and apologise. We told the female waiter with ponytail, side bangs, turquoise mask and black earrings, showed her our receipt with the correct order which literally says “meat”. But she just brushed it off and says we ordered fried rice and don’t bother correcting our order. I tried to call for her again after double checking with the menu, but just ignored me even after seeing my raised up hands and went to the front to wipe the utensils. Not sure if she is illiterate or she is blind or she just have an avoidant attitude. If she sees this or someone else who knows her, please know that you can’t treat your paying customers like this no matter how busy the restaurant is.

The only silver lining in this restaurant is the old man, black shirt, who seems like the owner. He was friendly and took the initiative to check on our orders.

Food wise, it isn’t even that good. There’s literally nothing good about this cafe and I would highly NOT recommend...

I went to the restaurant with my 1.5-year-old child around 11:30am, hoping to have lunch. However, the waitress insisted on seating us at a small table in the middle of the restaurant, facing table. I refused and requested a better table, but the waitress still gave us the facing table. It would be very difficult for a 1.5-year-old child to sit alone at a table. Then I requested a 4-person table, but the waitress was unwilling to accommodate. And then, of course, I left with anger!

So ridiculous! The attitude is so poor!!

How come a normal human didn’t understand of the basic needs as a parent with a young child!!! So...

5 April 2025 pagi jam 9.30 ke cafe ini, beli roti mochi 2, egg tart 1, kasir roti uda ga gimana ramah. Buru2in kita buat milih dan bayar pdhl ga ada customer laen yg antri di blk gue, trs blgnya bole duduk di dalam resto, pelan2 aja sambil liat menu, bisa duduk di dalam karena 1 owner. Tapi pas da di dlm, pelayanan terburuk yg pernah ada. Lantai licin byk minyak, hampir saya kepleset, ga pernah dipel tuh lantai kayaknya. Trs 1 pelayannya sih baik walo ga seramah org indo, cewe kurus rambut pendek. Kita dikasi 4 gelas air hangat. Trs gue mesen 1 ovaltine dingin plus nambah 1 eggtart doank gpp. Da dikasi tuh bill kita ditaro dimeja. Trssssss kendala bahasa pastinya. Inggris mereka buruk. Tiba2 dateng pelayan cewe tinggi gede berisi rambut pendek judes anjir. Liat bill meja gue, dimaki2lah gue dblg mesen cm segitu ga cukup kedikitan, dia ga liat roti2 gue da abis dimakan sm anak2, cm liat dr bill doank, trs dia mulai maki2 dlm bahasa konghu. Gue blg emang kudu mesen brp minimal? Dia blg mesen 1 milk tea lg! Gue masi sopan, gue blg ok. Dtg lah tuh milk tea, ditaro almost banting ke meja, bill revisian dilempar ke meja gue. Astaga gila kl ga dpn anak2 sih da gue ajak berantem tuh org. Nahan diri aja. Trs yg gue ga enak ati, pelayan yg kurus dimarah2in sm dia. Dimaki2, keciri banget senioritasnya. Yg pelayan kurus ini sampe bisik2 sm temennya. Duh astaga ya. Tolong tuh yg kasar2 dilempar ke laut aja! Jualan jasa loh resto cafe tuh. Makanan loe biasa aja, pelayanan buruk gt. Astaga kl bs diulang waktu, mendingan ke resto laen. Ga usa ke resto ini. Roti mochinya keras bgt da kayak batu. Ga ada mochi2nya! Bagi yg baca review ini, dan anda org indo, better ga usa ke resto ini. Bener2 jauh dr std humanity indo....
