My partner and I saw how cool this restaurant looked, and we wanted Japanese food, so we went for it! Not only was the food very good, but as first timers to this kind of restaurant the experience was also just FUN! The novelty of the food delivery train did NOT wear off. Food came quickly, it was hot, or cold food depending and it was delicious. We were a little confused at first on how to get a seat, but once we figured out the ticketing system it was all smooth from there. 2 of us paid 270HKD which is ~45CAD and we left satisfied. We would go again and certainly recommend it to newcomers!

As usual standard Genki sushi service and food quality. Hot green tea are served complimentary. Sushi all fresh and prepared with care. Price is affordable if considering the food quality and service. Booth using sofa, very comfortable. This branch have limited seating area, but all aspects still the same what you can expect in Genki Resto. Recommended if you happened to be around the area. Accept payment using cards.

My second visit here and I branched out to some more unusual menu items this time. I think I'll stick to the safer basics in future. Salmon miso soup sounded great but this only contained a salmon head and fin! Nothing like the image in the menu. No meat at all! That was hard to eat. Cod sushi was tough and hard to chew. Deep fried items were pretty tasty, but also very oily. The rest was all decent, as expected.

My partner and I saw how cool this restaurant looked, and we wanted Japanese food, so we went for it!

Not only was the food very good, but as first timers to this kind of restaurant the experience was also just FUN! The novelty of the food delivery train did NOT wear off. Food came quickly, it was hot, or cold food depending and it was delicious.

We were a little confused at first on how to get a seat, but once we figured out the ticketing system it was all smooth from there.

I typically love conveyor sushi places, and Genki has delivered exceptional service for me in the past. However this location just dialed it in, although several other guests were around the belt they just weren't refilling the available selection. Nor were they coming up to me to see if they could make something for me. Overall a real disinterest in service. I ultimately left before I was full and walked across the path to a 7-11 and bought a rice dish there. May have just been a bad day for them - but it certainly didn't...

A sushi train with lots of different choices. Prices are very reasonable, and fresh fish tastes good. Green tea powder is available to make one's own tea, and a hot water dispenser is located about every three seats apart. There is also a menu for items not on the sushi train. Staff are nice enough, but some are indifferent. To pay, a waitress comes by with a tablet to calculate the cost and number of plates used, then the customer takes the receipt to the cashier to pay.
