||Disaster....||Pluses:|- good location - tsim sha tsui;|- New hotel with spacious rooms;||Minuses:|- service is poor... starting from check-in and payment process - really bad experience. Took like 30 mins.... and arguing... Ruined my stay and was super tired after long flight;|- Taxi driver took me to another hotel - Empire hotel. As Trip.com dont have clear address in ch and eng for this hotel. And maybe NEED TO EXPLAIN ONLINE THAT NEED TO PAY ATTENTION THERE IS ANOTHER HOTEL.... So had to walk here...|- It doesnt exist on Apple maps... and only in Korean in Google maps... maps send u to Causeway bay... and cant find in location on wechat... |- All lights switches in Chinese language... seriously?... when u switch off something - cant switch on bathroom.... takes lots of time to figure out...|- So many stuff in the room... super eco-unfriendly.... so many packages, paper, extra useless things .... |- very bad sound isolation. Cold floor with no carpets - is like sound amplifier.... hear everything inside building, hallway, even water inside pipes...|- Breakfast... LOL ... u have to go to another hotel to have breakfast..... that is first time.... belong to same group..... |- pool.... LOL... ye... u have to go to another building to swim.... |- absolutely does bot worth it.... |- Wifi is super bad inside room. Skype call (audio) for work could not get through... same for simple Netflix videos - slow and disconnected... 21st century - wifi is kind of essential... |||Total disaster.... there are so many better hotels around - YMCA, Panorama, Hilton Garden in... any hotel would be...

I'm on day 2 in quarantine, not only is the food inedible but I had ordered from Panda-mart which contained alcoholic beverages and the management pulled it out of the bag and are withholding it from me until the end of my quarantine despite me ordering an alcoholic beverage the night before so I was under the pretence that it would be ok. However upon 2 phone calls, one with regular hotel staff whom of which agreed that this was their mistake would allow it one time, and the second time to the rude hotel manager who accepts it's their fault but had rudely shut down any form of compromise has led me to writing this review because not only is this a sign of incompetence but it's also an underlining issue that the hotel can create whatever fascist rules they may desire and brand it as "government policy" in spite the fact that this is my 5th quarantine stay and by far the rudest staff I have ever interacted with in all my quarantine experiences. On top of that my room is branded as a double bed yet they put two single beds together and used a double bed sheet, talk about quality sleeping as I am a person who sleeps in the middle of the bed so this obviously isn't...

My stay at this hotel got off to a rough start. The original room was extremely small, dusty, and didn’t feel like it matched the standard of a 4-star property. There was barely any space to move around, one flimsy plastic chair in a twin room, and nowhere practical to store suitcases. I had to ask housekeeping to come in and vacuum. After raising my concerns with the staff, we were moved to a much better room the next morning. The new room felt comfortable and more in line with what I had expected when booking. From that point on, the stay was much more enjoyable. The breakfast wasn’t great and I only ate there twice during the week. That was another area that could use some improvement. On the positive side, the location is fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and most places are within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’d give my experience 4 out of 5 stars. The upgraded room and great location made up for the rocky start, but the initial room and breakfast bring the rating...

Easy transfer from the airport via train and the free K4 bus transfer. The bus stops immediately across the road from the hotel. Checking in was easy and we were given the key and told which floor to find the room on our own without assistance. The lighting was very strange they are pushbutton switches which you have to hold momentarily until the light would either turn on or off but we had difficulty trying to turn off lights eventually in the middle of the night when we tried to use the bathroom we accidentally turned on the heat lamp which we could not turn off. We called assistance and when someone arrived they had to call the hotel engineer who came up and turn the power off to reset the lights and then return the power back on. The beds are big and comfortable with hard and soft pillows. Breakfast is superb and probably one of the best I have the privilege to enjoy. Breakfast sessions can be very busy and there’s plenty of seating. Chefs are working tirelessly to replenish freshly cooked dishes.

Conveniently located small hotel in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui n its primary advantage is the close proximity to the harbour area tourist attractions n lots lots lots of shopping n Food galore. It’s quite aged n not quite the state of the art hotel but it’ll suffice for a good night’s rest. Rooms are a little tight but clean, similarly the toilet area n facilities. Amenities like the gym are spartan n the cafe/ coffee shop restaurant are quite functional. Menu is typically Chinese n some western cuisine. It’s a comfortable stay as the staff are helpful n accommodating. Perfect to stay here if one wishes to explore the eclectic mix of modern n vintage architecture with fresh malls amidst old Hongkong aged buildings, temples n shops.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was truly fantastic, and I especially recommend it for mainland Chinese tourists since they provide power adapters. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly, and today, one of the employees even wished me a happy Mid-Autumn Festival, which made me really happy. From 3 pm to 7 pm, they serve afternoon tea in the atrium on the first floor. Although I arrived a bit late and there weren’t many sweets left, they still had some classic Hong Kong snacks like marinated eggs, curry fish balls, and pork skin, and you could also enjoy apple juice. The room was quite spacious by Hong Kong standards, and the location is excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
