If you are a fan of pig’s liver noodle then you might want to give it a try.
Innards are actually a very difficult ingredient to work with when it comes to cooking. Liver often leave an unpleasant taste (bloody and bitter) if it’s not prepared properly. It also requires very precise cooking time to maintain the crunchy texture and often so many ended up being grainy, tough and try.
Hence most efforts are place in the preparation stage which can turn into an “expensive” dish if done right.
This place pride their liver noodle, the texture, taste definitely speaks for itself. While their portion is generous with the liver topping, for me having the same flavour with such richness is slightly overwhelming. I highly suggest this dish for sharing.
Noodle wise I opted for the wan tan mee noodle also known as 幼麵. The tenderness is done exceptionally well and the alkaline taste is not over powering. Highly recommend to go with this if not instant noodle (sinfulness to the max).
The fried wan tee was a surprise so please give it a try if you are into crunchy food like I do. Sadly I was too full that day and have skipped the French toast. Visually it looks amazing and I would really return to...

Read moreI ordered Pork Liver Noodle, Milk tea and Condensed Milk French Toast. Definitely a top recommendation for the dishes mentioned.
Pork Liver Noodle - the pork liver is cooked to perfection and juicy. The soup is ginger base which gives the right kick and combination with the liver. I ordered HK instant noodle to go with the dish.
Milk Tea - above average which is surprising.
French Toast - sinfully topped with a slab of butter and overflowing diluted condensed milk. The toast is very fluffy, and absorb the guiltifully sinful sauces well. The amount of condensed milk given is just just enough to go with the toast so you won't be sick of sweetness. The timing of serving is controlled very nicely. It was served when I almost finish the noodle, which i get to enjoy the toast when it...
