The Angus burger, curly fries and coconut coffee were all excellent! The burger was a little unseasoned, but the mushroom sauce made up for the lack of saltiness. Nice job McDonalds HK! But…this restaurant is very small and completely inadequate for the amount of people coming either from the sports center or Kowloon Park. The lack of indoor seating meant that I had to eat outside on the terrace, which is less than perfect on a hot humid day. Additionally, there were constantly pigeons rummaging around my feet looking for scraps to eat. Considering that it’s illegal to feed the pigeons in Kowloon Park I really think that McDonalds should do something about this situation. Being forced to eat outside in the summer heat is one thing, but having to endure pigeons brushing against my legs as they fight for a dropped chicken nugget is something no customer should have to put up with!

Really Hong Kong? One question, do you really need tourists? Or you want to be separated country only for China? Why your government is calling us for example to come and buy movies at Filmart? In the same time there are many places like McDonald which can’t serve us with Visa or Union pay cards? They even don’t want to sell anything for cash, because i have only 500 Hk dollars. No change, no visa, no union pay - I’ve tried today 3 times to buy ice cream for my family. No success. Really, Hong Kong? What is the strategy? I see octopus cards are everywhere. Why is nobody offers us to help with them? You don’t need us? You don’t need tourists? You need to decide Hong Kong. To be friendly or yo be alien. Even that silly MacD rejected us.

It is small so it seems understaffed, the food service is slow and it takes long time for my advanced mobile order to be served. The burger is also incorrect to my order. As it is located inside Kowloon Park it attracts many pigeons to stay around the outdoor dining area. It is annoying and you need to prevent them grab your food out from your sight
