Recommended. It is a ramen restaurant (also offers beer and other alcohols) with a variety of ramen and Japanese food. While they offer a pretty good budget lunch set ranging from HK$70++ it also requires luck to be able to be seated instantly when walking in. Since there are many company offices in the same building, peak lunch time around 12:00 to 2:00 pm would be very busy here. For lunch sets you get a set drink such as coffee or tea after your meal but once you see the crowd waiting for your table to be cleaned up, you don’t really get the time to smell your coffee and relax. If you do not know what to order or cannot make your mind out of the menus, my recommendations are 長崎ちゃんぽん (Nagasaki Ramen), 広東めん (Canton Ramen), and 中華そば (Soy Sauce Ramen). Price range is not really on the high-side considering the location, and in my personal opinion its taste and price is well balanced. For alcohol drinks, besides beer they offer Japanese Sake, Japanese Shochu, and...
Read moreNice place tucked away in the Mira mall. I just stumbled across it. Not busy at all during dinner time.
Ordered the loaded tonkotsu ramen, chicken with mentaiko sauce, pomeo honey lemon drink.
Ramen was excellent. Broth thick and not greasy. Little cooler than I prefer, and it is very light on the salt compared to what I normally receive from other places. Loaded with lots of extras, and everything was amazing. A thick chunk of soy pork, charsiu very thin and fatty, egg cooked perfectly, quail egg and the usual veggies.
The chicken came very hot, and I loved the sauce. A lot of flavor and crispy.
I'd definitely recommend this place.
Service was fine, but I had to flag someone down to pay, and there were no offers to add or refill the drink or tea.
Cost was 201hkd, so it was fairly...
Read moreJust had an incredible meal at 麵屋一平安 Mira Place and I’m already planning my next visit. We ordered the 牛舌 (beef tongue), 低温叉燒沾麵 (low-temp char siu dipping noodles), and 特製醬油拉麵 (special soy sauce ramen)—each dish was a standout.
The beef tongue was tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of char. The dipping noodles were a highlight: silky noodles paired with a rich, umami-packed broth and melt-in-your-mouth char siu. And the soy sauce ramen? Deep, balanced, and comforting—classic done right.
Service was friendly and efficient, and the cozy atmosphere made the whole experience even better. If you’re a ramen lover or just looking for a satisfying Japanese meal in Tsim Sha Tsui, this place...
