At the end, throw everything to the trash bin. 5. The most disappointed moment at Hong Kong.

One of the first restaurants that we tried when we visited Hong Kong. The bathroom is very dirty! No one seems to care about cleaning it. The staff are very rude, very poor customer service. Just choose another restaurant instead of going here. The only thing good about this restaurant is the mala flavored seasoning for their fries. Other than that, none.

One of the first restaurants that we tried when we visited Hong Kong. The bathroom is very dirty! No one seems to care about cleaning it. The staff are very rude, very poor customer service. I really loved the huge and beefy Angus Burger! Fries were typically good though some were already soggy; it's less salty compared to what I'm used to. Same way, Brown Sugar Bubble Tea and Lemon Tea were also subtle flavors, but all in all, it's probably for our better health.

My favorite experience at this branch was ordering at the touchscreen. This was our first time and I enjoyed exploring the menu, seeing the exclusive Hong Kong menu items. Paying and receiving our order was...

I'm a tourist in HK. Today, I asked (in english) the employee if i could pay in cash and helped me to order (there are 3 order machines). She replied in chinese and I didnt understand. If she couldnt speak english at least get some help or gave some effort trying to serve me, but no she just left and didnt serve me. So I just left, didnt worth my time.
