A very nice bakery materials center. You can find whatever bakery stuff, such as various kinds of flours. You could get 5% discount when you are admitted as a member.

I think most customers purchase stuff here for leisure. It may be difficult to know the usage of some new products and their pdifferiations with other similar products.

Some staff in WanChai shop are not only helpful but knowledge about Twins products. However, I cannot find such staff at Mongkok branch in my recent visit. For my questions raised about Twins' goods, their answer indicates they are only chit chatting me.

That is the reason why there are a lot of packed mixed flours on the rack as customers do not how to use it without the selling shop staff's help. They only follow the recipe on line.

The 2 star rating was basically counted on their staff's poor and below expectstion...

This is of the bigger specialty baking supply stores in the area. Like a lot of the others, this one is located upstairs in a dingy building -- you have to use the elevator. I usually come here for their clear chocolate moulds. They also have a good selection of specialty baking ingredients hard to find elsewhere (specialty flours, dairy products). I find their baking paper/liners, and baking tins more expensive than some other stores on this street, but they usually have a selection of cuter designs (eg animal moulds), whereas the other places are more industrial (generic ring...

They have a pretty wide variety of products and supplies for baking and confectionery. I even managed to find coffee powder for my brownies. And it's a fairly short walk from the MTR station; just remember that it's not at street level and you have to go up a flight of stairs in the building...
