Have not been to this chain for a while, and horrified what to find out with the food. We had 6 and ordered a set for 6 and each paid $300, and very disappointed to find the fish in the soup and dish are all catfish, though be honest the menu does not mention any kind of fish at all. But, catfish in both the soup & dish, twice for a dinner meal? Peking duck which come last is soso but the bread slices are really a bit thick. Worse is the dessert which is supposed to be walnut sweet soup with fresh milk, which turns out the worse of the whole meal - obviously overburnt, add water and sugar back, and thus very dilute and sweet. Fortunately the manager is willing to offer another dessert which is normal and in fact not bad!! Last is while the venue is about 75% full throughout, at our 1st round at 18:00, the reception still put down the 19:30 reminder for us to finish the meal, when the restaurant was then just about 60% full, though nobody rush us at or around 19:30, but the restaurant should know the booking situation and why still put down the time reminder for us and hoping there will be many...

We normally order 1 duck between two but our friends warned us to try just one first. "One between 5!?" "One more duck!" I was not convinced, but they were right, the ducks here are big and with a few more side dishes ordered we left quite full. The ducks here have a beautiful mahogany textured skin that is crispy, with a good amount of meat in every slice. At 8pm we're told the duck would take 45mins, but it came out in about 20. Just keep in mind it may take longer at busier times. We were presented the duck and it was expertly sliced in front of us. A very large plate comes out with at least 20 or more pieces along with thin pancakes and hoisin sauce. Yum yum yum, rolled up these moorish parcels are addictive. We also ordered a few other dishes which were all quite tasty but the hero here of course is the Peking Duck. $???HKD (In true asian style the bill was paid by our friends without us...

Food is generally good and much less expensive than their TST venue. Tables are very tight together despite having the required dividers in between. Carpet is very dirty but the venue is generally clean. The large number of Peking Ducks being cut by the tables near one side of the room is a wonder to be seen. The Kung Pao Prawns is a...
