Outback Steakhouse — Restaurant in Kowloon

I'm just saddened by the service at Outback Steakhouse (MOKO), I am lactose intolerant and although I'd love to eat something with cheese in it, I know better than to do so. I just usually fill up on things like wings, ribs and French fries. So it comes as a surprise that ordering a couple orders of wings and fries seems to anger the staff at Outback Steakhouse (MOKO).

First off, I would really like to know why this is? Secondly and maybe more importantly, what difference should what I order directly off Outback Steakhouse's menu? I'm a paying customer and I always tip generously.

So, I'm at a loss of why they always seem to get my order late mostly and sometimes not at all or they delivered my meal to another table entirely.

I'm having a tough time understanding this and tonight it the service wasn't bad enough when I was heading out of the Outback Steakhouse (MOKO), the lady at the front desk coughed heavily in my face!

Now, I've never been anything but nice to the staff at Outback Steakhouse (MOKO), so it made me consider tonight that maybe I need not ever dine there again.

I rated Outback Steakhouse (MOKO) one star because I believe in unfair that I cannot expect decent service when I'm always decent to the staff?

It just never disappoints us. The brownie itself had a crackly outer crust and a fudgy, chocolaty center. Topped with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, followed by a heap of whipped cream and a swirl of warm chocolate sauce, the dish had an even more complex and richer flavor. I had the pleasure of dining at Outback Steakhouse recently, and I must say—it was an incredible experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The rustic yet modern décor creates a cozy and inviting ambiance, perfect for enjoying a hearty meal with friends and family.

Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal! The steaks are cooked to perfection, bursting with bold flavors and seasoned just right. I tried the ribeye, and it was juicy, tender, and packed with that signature Outback taste. The sides are just as impressive; the loaded baked potato was rich and satisfying, and the fresh house salad complemented the meal beautifully. The Bloomin’ Onion is a must-try—crispy, flavorful, and downright addictive!

Beyond the food, the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The timing of each dish was perfect, and the servers checked in frequently without being intrusive.
